One-Off Social Event
We provide seasonal or occasional events as per your requirement. The typical resident social-supportive events throughout the year include Easter, Back-to-School, Fall Festival, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
One Main LURA Event
We provide resident social-supportive events once a month for the property that does not have morethan5 points LURA requirement. The service activities include Nutrition, Wellness, Art Education, Annual Health Fair, Easter, Back-to-School, Fall Festival, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Offsite LURA Services
We provide complete services offsite. This service complies with the LIHTC requirements per your State, but we don't offer a coordinator on site. We will work with our partners to arrange events and services, create flyers, calendars, reports. However, we require your property management to collaborate on the activities, including passing out the flyers, providing access to the office equipment and community room, and keeping the signing sheets for each event.
